Through knowledge

We’re constantly working to increase our offerings though enhanced program development, ongoing community partnerships, and qualified additions to our leadership.

We take great pride in helping our clients succeed. From leadership training to personal development, VKG works to ensure everyone realizes their potential.

Our collective backgrounds are firmly rooted in service. To that end, VKG offers deeply discounted or free services and training to many public safety organizations.

Our History

Vital Knowledge Group is a collection of individuals with experience in leadership, team building, and personal development. VKG shares a common background of dealing with high-stress situations that require decisiveness in life and death scenarios. Our areas of commonality include Nursing, Army, Police, and Emergency Medical Services.

VKG members understand how their respective skills apply to individuals’ personal lives, team management, team building, and organizations. We see first-hand how the principles we teach assist companies in reducing turnover, increasing profits, decreasing expenses, and increasing trust amongst employees, vendors, and customers.

Our passions for growth and community, fueled by our collective careers in public service, give VKG a unique ability to offer training and programs for organizations, managers, executives, and individuals through classroom-based education and consulting of tried and tested techniques in corporations and high-stress life and death decisions.

We share our collective knowledge and expertise with the goal of helping others in a way that helps them assist others while reaching their personal and professional goals.
