Our History
Vital Knowledge Group is a collection of individuals with experience in leadership, team building, and personal development. VKG shares a common background of dealing with high-stress situations that require decisiveness in life and death scenarios. Our areas of commonality include Nursing, Army, Police, and Emergency Medical Services.
VKG members understand how their respective skills apply to individuals’ personal lives, team management, team building, and organizations. We see first-hand how the principles we teach assist companies in reducing turnover, increasing profits, decreasing expenses, and increasing trust amongst employees, vendors, and customers.
