Biography
Mr. Hallett has four years of experience in leadership training. During this time he developed and perfected skills in Personal Leadership, Team Development, Conflict Resolution, etc. Kirk then took his leadership experience and knowledge and moved into Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and began providing teaching to all levels of medical technicians, leaders, and organizations.
During his time in EMS, he was able to use the lessons he had learned previously and gained new lessons in how to apply these strategies in critical situations with lives on the line. During this time he created Vital Knowledge Group to bring together people with similar backgrounds and experience in personal development, team development and other aspects of leadership.
